HOUSE: Guests enjoy their own private entrance, pool, terrace, and garden. Spread over three floors, the house features a ground-floor kitchen and konoba with a fireplace; a first-floor apartment with two bedrooms, a small kitchen, and a bathroom; and a top floor with a double bedroom, a living room with two sofa beds, a small gallery with two extra mattresses, a small kitchen, and a bathroom. A nearby family horse ranch offers unforgettable experiences. Perfect for families and nature lovers seeking peace, privacy, and stunning sea views.

LOCATION: Our holiday home is situated on a hillside surrounded by forest, offering stunning panoramic sea views. The charming town of Labin is just a few minutes away by car, with shops, restaurants, cafes and local markets. Beautiful beaches are 15–20 minutes by car, and the region is perfect for exploring Istria’s historic towns, scenic coastal routes, cycling paths, local food and wine experiences, etc.

BOOKING: As the house consists of two apartments, guests may book either the entire house or a single apartment. From October until mid-May, it is possible to book a single apartment or the entire house. From mid-May until October, only the entire house can be booked.

• 2 nights – €190 (€95 per night)
• More than 2 nights – €76 per night (€95/night - 20% discount)
